My Story

As many others, I experienced trauma in my lifetime and I decided I was done with feeling unsafe and stuck in loops of anxiety and feeling burnout.

My Approach

I was introduced to Somatic Breathwork while on a retreat and I never looked back. I quite quickly learnt how my body had been sending me signals and needing to heal. I was able to listen to my body and how I can heal and work with my nervous system, instead of ignoring the symptoms which were starting to become clear to me were stored trauma in my body.

I tried other therapies which helped to some extent but never really dealt with the core problems. Which is why I turned to alternative and powerful therapies

​Somatic Energy Alignment is a guided exploration of your internal landscape. By listening to the "language of the body," we identify where old patterns, stress, or stagnant energy are held. My role is to hold a safe, grounded space as you:

​Release the Unspoken: Use the breath to access and clear emotional blockages that the mind has suppressed.

​Regulate Your Nervous System: Shift from a state of "survival mode" (fight/flight) into a state of safety and expansion.

​Embody Your Truth: Integrate somatic movements and awareness to ensure your energy is aligned with your highest intentions.

Qualifications

I am a certified somatic energy alignment breathwork practitioner. I also hold a degree in forensic psychology.
